Winter storm continued......

Ok, I know, you get it....we had a winter storm

With that being said this will be my last post on the Winter storm, until the next winter storm that is

This picture was going around facebook during the winter storm.  I thought it was funny, no I don't hate florida, I just thought it was funny

The week after our snowfall - and the roads still look like this, 100 percent covered in ice

the further in town you get, still covered

Here is the main road in  Bentonville Tuesday morning after the Thursday storm.

Here is another picture floating around facebook that made me laugh, haha

Our backyard....6 full days of sun, and it still looked like this

time to dig out the blue truck

The boys checking the "roads" in the neighborhood

few slick spots still, be careful out there folks

Til the next storm....soon, but no too soon :)

Saturday - Winter storm Day 3!!!

Saturday morning. Still not above Freezing.  Snow and ice everywhere.  No Saturday plans except

SLEDDING!!!!

Alex tries out the tube sled.  We found a few neighborhood hills it worked great on

Max LOVES his orange sled

Why isn't this melting!!  on SAturday we still had ZERO slush.  It was 100 percent ice

Oh my, this picture makes me laugh out loud.  Alex practically cried because he was outside and wanted a Popsicle.  Call him a creature of habit I guess.  Well I gave it to him but I wouldn't take his hands out so he ate it like this.

snowman time.  Me and Max had to work hard, it was really fluffy snow.  But we made a few things that resembled snowmen

Chili time!!

Jennie sent us this picture of Mary Frannie and Todd sledding on Saturday too

We turned our snowmen into surperhero snowmen.

a knight and batman

a construction worker and a knight

A few friends called and asked if they could come over and go sledding with us.  We were excited to have company and said come on over!!! They weren't going to stay long but wanted they needed to get out of the house and we needed company so we told them to slide on over

Alex is halarious, he wanted to go all by himself.  It wasn't a big hill, it was a road, so we decided to let him go for it!  He loved it.  I love the video when Brian turns around sees Alex all by himself and looks at us like "What??"

I love this video of Mike...
