This is a video Todd and Jennie took when Laney's implant got turned on. You can tell when she starts to hear because she starts to cry. It is the first time she has ever heard and sound. I think it's the happiest you will ever be to hear your child ( or neice!) cry. I think it is so neat they got it on video, I thought I'd share it.
Thanks for putting this up Ashley. I hadn't gotten to see it yet. It's so hard to see Laney crying, but we all know its for such great reasons. I love that little girl like she was mine. Carrie
