Happy Halloween

Is it too late for a Halloween post?

I'm trying to catch up.  Me and Mike enjoy the blog because we can look over our year as the time passes by....so we can't leave out Halloween even if it is 3 months later, haha

We got invited to our friends house, the Zeiglers for a Halloween party.  We met the Zeiglers through our Sunday school class.  They have a 4 year and a 6 year old boy - so we were happy to meet them.  They boys get along great and we are thankful for their friendship.  We decided to dress up - just because we are silly like that.  funny thing is Alex wanted to be Olaf and it was about 70 degrees so there was no way I was going to let him sweat to death.  We changed it up a little and went with a hunter and a deer.  Alex loved that idea too, and don't worry he got to be Olaf for actual Halloween day.

Halloween craft! I found this little set last year on clearance.  The boys enjoyed getting to decorate a pumpkin all by themselves with just a little assistance from me.  they also had fun blowing up our other clearance find - the blow up pumpkins, much taller than I originally thought.

We decorated our door.  The week of Halloween I let the boys put up their spider webs.

The girls invited us to Centerton to trick or treat.  We said YES!  How fun!  We really enjoyed trick or treating as a big group - others joined.
