Mike's work had their annual grilling contest and so Mike, of course, decided to enter. He enters every year, and the prize is a free vacation day, so we all get excited about what he cooks. I always enjoy seeing him try new recipes. Mike won this year in the category of pork AND chicken! His pork was stuffed and his chicken was orange flavored. They were both delicious. Mike, being the sweet guy that he is even gave one of his vacation days away to the lady that organizes the cookout year after year for all of her hard work, so they both got a day. He wanted my parents to come over and try out the winning recipes, so we invited them over one Sunday after church. They were very impressed. Thanks Mike for a great lunch and CONGRATS! Can't wait until next year's cook off to see what he has in store, and I love the sampling :)
